Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement regional sales and operational strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and coach branch managers and frontline staff to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in the Sulawesi region to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards across all locations.
- Manage regional P&L and optimize operational costs to improve profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare providers, and regional partners.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure excellence in product distribution and availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit management, preferably within the healthcare, pharmacy, or consumer retail sector.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven history of managing dispersed teams.
- Deep understanding of the Makassar and Sulawesi Selatan business landscape.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of integrity and commitment to operational excellence.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
