Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share in East Java.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive business development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders across the region.
  • Ensure standard operational procedures are consistently applied across all area outlets.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and regional forecasts for executive management.
  • Optimize distribution channels and ensure product availability throughout the territory.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or similar role in the Retail/FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in remote locations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of the East Java market dynamics and retail geography.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the East Java region.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
