Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for all Lakuliner outlets in the Jabodetabek area.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to ensure high performance and low turnover.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage P&L (Profit and Loss) reporting, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, operational procedures, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive foot traffic.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to resolve them effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within the F&B or Retail sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using POS systems and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Jabodetabek region.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
