Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cancer Centre, ensuring all departments function cohesively to provide world-class patient care.
- Implement and monitor rigorous clinical governance frameworks and safety protocols to ensure 100% compliance with Ministry of Health regulations.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and procurement strategies to maximize operational ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of administrative, technical, and support staff to maintain high engagement and productivity.
- Drive patient experience initiatives by identifying bottlenecks in service delivery and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with medical specialists and oncology consultants to align clinical requirements with operational capabilities.
- Coordinate with local government authorities, insurance providers, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Utilize data analytics to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive strategic decision-making for the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in senior operational management, specifically within the healthcare, hospital, or specialized clinic sector.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, MBA, or a related field is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian healthcare laws, accreditation standards (KARS/JCI), and clinical safety protocols.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
- Exceptional financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and strategic resource planning.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
