- Lead and manage cross-functional projects bridging Commercial and Manufacture operations.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to develop strategic commercial plans.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align product strategies with market demands.
- Monitor supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
- Prepare detailed business reports and performance analysis for senior management.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry dynamics.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of adaptability and willingness to relocate for project assignments.
