- Oversee daily operations of multiple coffee shop outlets in the Makassar area
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of store managers and staff
- Ensure consistent brand standards and exceptional customer service across all locations
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Coordinate with marketing team to implement local promotional activities

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Area Manager in the Food/Beverage/Restaurant industry
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations and teams
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
