As an Area Manager, you will oversee field operations, manage a team of Business Partners, and ensure the sustainability of our loan portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute operational strategies to grow the microfinance portfolio within the assigned area.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field officers and business partners to achieve productivity targets.
- Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of branch performance to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, community leaders, and potential partners.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and ensure high collection rates through effective field supervision.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify new growth opportunities for Amartha’s financial products.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in microfinance, banking, or fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of the socio-economic landscape in the Nusa Tenggara Barat region.
- Proven ability to manage large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the operational area.
- Proficiency in local languages (Sasak/Indonesian) is highly preferred.
