- Oversee and manage multi-site logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services
- Lead, mentor, and develop franchise partners to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence
- Drive network expansion initiatives by identifying new opportunities and implementing growth strategies
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices across the assigned area
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, franchise partners, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance and provide guidance for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and franchise networks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and service performance improvements
- Experience in network expansion and business development initiatives
- Proficiency in logistics management software and operational analysis tools
