- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple training centers within the assigned region
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve enrollment targets and revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers and administrative staff
- Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, community partners, and key stakeholders
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance for the assigned area
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance educational delivery
- Drive community outreach initiatives to expand program accessibility
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in educational management or operations
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong understanding of Philippine education sector regulations and standards
- Excellent strategic planning and budget management skills
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership building
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
