Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a field-based sales team to improve individual and collective performance.
- Oversee distribution channels to ensure product availability and brand visibility across the Valenzuela and Greater Manila markets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key B2B accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and team productivity.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed performance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and streamline supply chain operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or field operations, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven history of managing and motivating diverse sales teams.
- Deep understanding of distribution networks and retail market dynamics in Metro Manila.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
