Join BUM Depo as an Area Manager Solo and lead our retail operations in Surakarta. This critical role requires a dedicated professional to oversee daily store activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth across our consumer goods portfolio. You'll be responsible for optimizing store performance, managing inventory, and implementing merchandising strategies that align with our brand standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to managing retail teams while maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of assigned retail locations to ensure targets are met
- Manage and develop retail staff through coaching and performance monitoring
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age 35 years with Diploma-3 (D-III) qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in retail management or consumer goods operations
- Strong work ethic demonstrating diligence, honesty, and responsibility
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous approach to tasks
- Persistent and patient problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
