Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and profitability of all assigned outlets in the Southern Region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff to build high-performing teams.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure strict compliance with food safety standards and brand guidelines.
- Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics to minimize waste and maximize stock availability.
- Foster strong relationships with local community stakeholders and partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale systems.
