In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind the operational excellence and commercial success of multiple beauty clinic locations across Jakarta.
As an Area Manager, you will lead clinic managers to ensure that every patient experiences the premium care Sozo Skin is known for. You will combine your analytical skills to drive revenue growth with your leadership capabilities to cultivate high-performing teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of multiple clinic locations to ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Drive significant sales growth by developing and implementing strategic initiatives for services, skincare products, and seasonal special offers.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor, coach, and manage clinic managers and team members to ensure professional development and high employee engagement.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and aesthetic quality benchmarks across all clinics.
- Foster a premium customer experience by monitoring patient feedback and maintaining high standards of clinic presentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and maximize local area market penetration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a background in Aesthetics or Retail Management is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a multi-site management role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or premium retail sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage operational budgets effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and lead through change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be based in or willing to commute throughout Jakarta Raya.
