Based in Kuala Terengganu, you will be the driving force behind our sales performance, operational excellence, and team development in this key market. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all Ayam Gepuk AG outlets in the designated region to ensure profitability and brand standards.
  • Develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, customer traffic, and market share.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate Outlet Managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on excellence.
  • Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, sales reports, and inventory management to optimize costs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures across all outlets.
  • Identify and recommend new business opportunities for expansion within the region.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to maintain brand loyalty.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to upskill the team.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-unit management role, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Terengganu and Pahang.
  • Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
