Ayam Gepuk AG is a celebrated name in the Malaysian F&B scene, known for delicious and affordable offerings. As we rapidly expand our footprint across the East Coast, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to lead our stores in the Terengganu and Pahang region.
Based in Kuala Terengganu, you will be the driving force behind our sales performance, operational excellence, and team development in this key market. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all Ayam Gepuk AG outlets in the designated region to ensure profitability and brand standards.
- Develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, customer traffic, and market share.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate Outlet Managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L statements, sales reports, and inventory management to optimize costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures across all outlets.
- Identify and recommend new business opportunities for expansion within the region.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to maintain brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to upskill the team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a multi-unit management role, preferably within the F&B or retail industry.
- Proven ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Terengganu and Pahang.
- Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
