As the Area Manager, you will act as the bridge between our clients and our operational teams. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating maintenance schedules, managing staff performance, and analyzing financial reports to maximize profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize the daily operations of all properties within the assigned region (Uluwatu & Ubud).
- Manage, train, and supervise on-site staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate routine and emergency property maintenance and repairs with third-party vendors.
- Monitor financial performance, including budget adherence and revenue generation.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and guests.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports and performance reviews to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or real estate operations.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Knowledge of the Uluwatu and Ubud local areas is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
