Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to expand the company's market presence and customer base.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Enhance the customer journey across all touchpoints to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of property managers and support staff.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations departments to launch successful campaigns and property launches.
- Oversee budget management and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to support growth initiatives.
- Implement and monitor CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a growth management, business development, or senior management role within the real estate or property management industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
