Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily housekeeping and landscaping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of housekeeping and gardening staff, ensuring peak performance and safety compliance.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, maintenance protocols, and landscape upkeep routines.
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, landscaping equipment, and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
- Coordinate with facility management to resolve complex cleaning or landscaping issues promptly.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management regarding site condition and team productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a mall, retail center, or high-rise building.
- Strong knowledge of industrial housekeeping standards, safety procedures, and landscaping maintenance techniques.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate large operational teams.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using facility management software and basic office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as required by the property's operational needs.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
