- Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Supervise multiple store locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to store managers and frontline staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, supply chain efficiency, and operational workflows to minimize waste.
- Analyze regional market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee store-level financial performance, including expense management and labor scheduling.
- Ensure all locations maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Report regional performance metrics and action plans to senior management on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an area management or multi-unit supervisory role.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage operational budgets effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with a knack for building and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Visayas region as required.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
