Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop store teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Monitor store performance metrics, inventory management, and customer satisfaction
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic
- Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in retail/food & beverage management with team leadership experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in retail reporting tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Jawa Tengah region
