Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive market business plans to increase regional market share.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and delivery sector.
- Manage and nurture key account relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for key clients.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the logistics, courier, or freight industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing a sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Melaka and Negeri Sembilan regions.
- Fluency in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus for client engagement).
- Own transport and valid driving license.
