We are currently seeking a high-energy, results-driven Area Modern Trade Supervisor to join our sales team in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our Modern Trade accounts, ensuring brand visibility, and driving sales growth across your assigned territory.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in trade management and channel development. You will lead field activities, build strong relationships with key retail partners, and ensure that our products are positioned optimally to capture market share. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned modern trade territory.
- Manage relationships with key account stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and optimal product placement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales personnel to ensure professional development and operational excellence.
- Oversee store-level execution, including planogram compliance, promotional activities, and shelf space management.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analytics to support data-driven decision-making for regional growth.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock availability and efficient supply chain management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Area Sales Supervisor, specifically within the FMCG or Modern Trade sector.
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade dynamics, including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and special outlets.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable field strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with sales reporting software.
- High level of initiative, self-motivation, and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory in Jakarta.
