Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily network operations within the Terengganu region to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of operations staff and drivers to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor delivery performance and implement strategies to improve route efficiency and reduce transit times.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze operational data and reports to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Collaborate with central planning teams to forecast capacity and manage resources effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain a strong reputation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain facility and vehicle standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or network management.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing operational budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Valid driving license is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
