Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies to increase market share across Central and West Java.
- Lead and mentor retail team members to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor retail store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for regional growth.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with retail partners and distributors.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure store performance excellence and customer service quality.
- Coordinate with HQ marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches at the local level.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, specifically within the smartphone or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of 'New Retail' concepts and omnichannel sales strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multi-site retail operations with a focus on KPI achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned Central and West Java region.
