Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of pest control technicians, ensuring all field activities align with company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify service compliance and safety regulations.
- Mentor and train field staff on proper techniques, chemical handling, and customer service etiquette.
- Ensure all operational activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with established SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records of service reports, inventory levels, and technician performance.
- Resolve operational challenges and coordinate with regional management to implement process improvements.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control operations or a related service industry.
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and environmental regulations regarding pest control chemicals.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the Gianyar area as required.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in pest control is a strong plus.
