Nohama Pest Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Area Operational Supervisor to join our growing team in Gianyar, Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operational activities of the pest control team across the Gianyar region.
- Ensure all field operations strictly adhere to company SOPs, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular field inspections to monitor technician performance, service quality, and route efficiency.
- Manage technician schedules, route planning, and resource allocation to maximize operational productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, chemical usage, and inventory levels to ensure compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct training sessions and safety briefings to improve team skills and awareness.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues or client complaints in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pest control operations, hospitality management, or facilities maintenance.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse field team.
- Valid Driver’s License (SIM A) is mandatory for field travel.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, chemical handling procedures, and environmental best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure in a field-based environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
