- Conduct comprehensive quality audits and inspections across logistics and ground-handling operations
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and documentation
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATA standards, and local regulations
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or operational quality
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor preferred)
- Strong knowledge of aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Expertise in statistical process control and root cause analysis
- Proven track record in implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
