In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our store operations, ensuring that every customer experience is seamless and every outlet runs at peak efficiency.

You will work closely with store managers to oversee daily operations, conduct rigorous audits, manage inventory accuracy, and spearhead store events. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily outlet operations to ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.
- Conduct regular operational audits and stock counts to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate and execute in-store events, promotional activities, and product launches effectively.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance store productivity.
- Manage frontline staff workflow to ensure optimal customer service standards.
- Generate detailed operational reports to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, warehouse management, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate retail teams.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of integrity in conducting audits.
- Willingness to travel between outlets within Selangor as required.
