Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop store managers to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and operational excellence
- Design and implement regional operational strategies aligned with company vision
- Monitor store performance through regular audits, financial analysis, and customer feedback
- Optimize inventory management, supply chain logistics, and cost control measures
- Foster a high-performance culture through staff training, coaching, and motivation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, brand standards, and operational policies
- Collaborate with marketing and supply teams to execute regional promotions and product launches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in retail operations management with team leadership experience
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales and operational targets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in multicultural environments
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs, inventory systems, and customer experience metrics
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
