As an Area Outlet Manager, you will be the backbone of our regional operations, ensuring that every outlet under your supervision maintains our high standards of service, cleanliness, and profitability.
You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, coaching store teams, and maintaining the operational integrity that has made our brand a household name across Surabaya, Bali, Jogja, Solo, and the Greater Jakarta area. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlet locations in the designated area to ensure consistent service standards.
- Drive sales performance and profitability by implementing strategic marketing and operational improvements.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, cost control, and waste management to optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety regulations (BPOM, Halal, ISO).
- Lead, train, and develop outlet staff to foster a culture of high performance and exceptional customer service.
- Manage outlet schedules, staffing requirements, and labor costs to maximize productivity.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and implement corrective actions for performance gaps.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit F&B management or retail operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams across different locations.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operational standards, inventory management, and profit & loss (P&L) accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of solving operational challenges under pressure.
- Understanding of ISO, Halal, and BPOM compliance regulations is highly preferred.
