As an Area Parts Development Specialist, you'll build and nurture strong relationships with dealers, acting as the primary point of contact for parts-related inquiries and support. Your insights will help us monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to enhance parts availability and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with our dealer network, providing valuable feedback to management and contributing to the continuous improvement of our parts distribution system.

Tanggung Jawab
- Visit official dealer networks and parts shops to assess sales conditions and identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure excellent service and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on market trends and customer needs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve parts sales and distribution
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal parts availability and inventory management
- Provide valuable feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences
- Train dealers on new parts and products to enhance their sales capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, parts development, or dealer relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and familiarity with Yamaha products preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs effectively
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly desirable
