As an Area Recovery Consultant, you will manage complex cases involving accounts with overdue payments of 150 days or more. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of delinquent accounts with overdue periods exceeding 150 days.
- Conduct professional outreach and visits to consumers to discuss payment status.
- Execute strategic negotiations to achieve debt recovery objectives while adhering to company policy.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate asset recovery or restructuring plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all recovery activities and consumer communications.
- Analyze consumer financial situations to propose viable repayment solutions.
- Ensure all recovery operations comply with legal requirements and internal ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from any field with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Proven experience in collections, recovery, or debt management in the banking or financial industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Ability to work effectively in the field (mobile role) and under target-oriented conditions.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic database management.
- Resilient personality with a problem-solving mindset and high integrity.
- Domiciled in or willing to be placed in Surabaya.
