BCA Finance is seeking a dedicated Area Recovery Consultant to join our dynamic team in Madiun. As a key member of our risk management division, you will be responsible for managing high-risk consumer accounts with delinquencies exceeding 150 days. This critical role requires proactive coordination, strategic negotiation skills, and a commitment to minimizing financial losses while maintaining positive customer relationships. You'll work closely with legal teams, internal stakeholders, and customers to develop customized recovery plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage delinquent consumer accounts exceeding 150-day payment window
- Conduct strategic negotiations with customers to establish feasible repayment plans
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations) to resolve complex recovery cases
- Document all customer interactions and recovery progress in CRM systems
- Analyze credit risk profiles and recommend appropriate recovery actions
- Prepare detailed recovery reports for senior management review
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and company policies
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance recovery efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience in debt recovery, credit management, or banking
- Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to financial details
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (OJK) is preferred
