Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches, ensuring adherence to brand standards and service excellence
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and market expansion
- Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant managers to build high-performing teams aligned with company values
- Monitor and optimize operational costs, inventory management, and resource allocation
- Implement innovative marketing and customer engagement initiatives to drive foot traffic and loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in F&B management, including multi-unit supervision
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management and cost control
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to develop and retain talent
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's F&B market trends and consumer preferences

- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
