Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals within the Mindanao region.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand market share, penetrate new segments, and drive business growth across the designated area.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Oversee the effective distribution and merchandising of products/services within the area, ensuring optimal visibility and availability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales best practices.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management or business development, with at least 2 years in an Area Managerial role, preferably within the FMCG, distribution, or manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Mindanao market, including local culture, business practices, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
