Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions for retail staff
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure optimal product visibility and merchandising standards in stores
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably FMCG or beauty industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with reliable transportation
- Passion for eco-friendly and sustainable beauty products
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
