Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in planning and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead and contact information.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics.
- Coordinate sales activities and schedules to ensure seamless communication within the team.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Organize sales meetings, prepare presentation materials, and take detailed minutes.
- Support the sales team by identifying market trends and providing necessary administrative support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
