Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Regional Sales Manager in planning and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead and contact information.
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance metrics.
  • Coordinate sales activities and schedules to ensure seamless communication within the team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Organize sales meetings, prepare presentation materials, and take detailed minutes.
  • Support the sales team by identifying market trends and providing necessary administrative support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
