- Manage and execute sales activities across the designated Banjarmasin territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate sales promotions and merchandising activities at retail outlets
- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions
- Ensure optimal product availability and inventory management at the depot
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management review
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 37 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer goods sales or retail
- Deep understanding of retail segments and consumer goods industry dynamics
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales reporting and data analysis
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience with sales management software or CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with own transportation preferred
