Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the regional sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets through effective coordination and support.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support the Sales Manager in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research in the Banten region to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
