Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the regional sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets through effective coordination and support.
  • Maintain and update accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales Manager in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research in the Banten region to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
