In this pivotal role, you will serve as the face of our brand, driving product visibility and engaging directly with customers to promote our services effectively. As an Area Coordinator, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence in Bali. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, maintaining high standards of product presentation, and fostering a positive brand image. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell products/services to potential customers in the assigned area to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an attractive, organized, and fully stocked product display to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide detailed product information, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Coordinate with the regional sales team to report daily activities, sales data, and market feedback.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term brand loyalty.
- Organize and execute promotional events or campaigns within the designated area.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Previous experience in sales promotion, customer service, or retail is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Energetic, outgoing personality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid ID card and the legal ability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the assigned area.
