Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Makassar metropolitan area
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide actionable coaching feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate sales activities across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of sales team leadership experience in telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in regional markets
- Strong understanding of Makassar's business landscape and customer demographics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
