Based in Timika, Papua Tengah, this position is the engine of our commercial success. You will be entrusted with developing and executing the complete go-to-market strategy for the Nabire, Timika, and surrounding areas. Your mission will be to optimize distribution networks, elevate brand presence, and drive aggressive sales growth through strategic promotional activities and robust stakeholder management.

Key Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for translating high-level strategic objectives into concrete, localized sales plans. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will provide critical feedback from the field to shape national strategy. You will also be responsible for budgeting and forecasting for the designated area.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Formulate and execute strategic sales, distribution, and promotional activity plans for the Nabire, Timika, and surrounding areas.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure optimal product coverage and availability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving team performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate trade marketing and promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness and product off-take.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget analyses for management review.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the local sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the FMCG or Retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of the distribution and retail landscape in Eastern Indonesia, particularly Papua.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to be based in Timika, Papua Tengah, and conduct frequent travel across the region.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic sales management tools.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A) is a strong advantage.
