Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Nabire and Timika areas to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Manage and optimize distribution channels to ensure product availability and reduce stock-outs in retail outlets.
  • Design and implement creative in-store promotional activities to boost brand awareness and drive sell-through.
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of field sales representatives to ensure high productivity and morale.
  • Analyze regional market data and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and operational standards across all territories.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, trade marketing, or distribution management, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Deep understanding of the market dynamics in Papua or similar regional areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
