Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and revenue goals
  • Identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities across assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and competitive insights
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals aligned with client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized promotional strategies
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed
  • Provide weekly sales reports and forecasts to management

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in technology or FMCG sector
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience working in Yogyakarta region highly advantageous
