Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve volume and value objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and promote M&S Food Industries' product portfolio.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans to management.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent working experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own vehicle are essential for this role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
