Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive distributor growth across Melaka region
- Manage and expand distributor network through relationship building and performance optimization
- Execute sales tactics to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate in-store promotions, merchandising activities, and brand awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for regional stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and distributor management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Strategic mindset with ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
