In this role, you will be the face of our brand, managing distribution and driving growth within the competitive Tobacco and FMCG sectors.

We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to hit the road. As this role involves van sales and territory management, you will be responsible for ensuring our products reach every designated retail touchpoint efficiently. If you possess a valid driver’s license, a knack for building long-term client relationships, and a proven track record in outdoor sales, we want to hear from you. Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive sales growth by visiting retail outlets within the assigned Seremban territory.
  • Manage van sales operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely delivery to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with retail shop owners and managers.
  • Execute brand activation and merchandising activities to increase product visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the management team.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and collection KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales orders, invoices, and payment collections.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in outdoor sales or FMCG/Tobacco distribution.
  • Possess a valid driving license and comfortable with daily van driving duties.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Familiarity with Seremban and surrounding business areas is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.
