- Monitor, analyze, and increase sales target achievement for the consultant team
- Analyze market trends and create comprehensive sales plans and forecasts
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales with at least 2 years in leadership role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
