In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our sales promotor teams, ensuring operational excellence, market penetration, and consistent achievement of aggressive growth targets.

You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. As a key ambassador for the Kredivo brand, you will bridge the gap between our strategic vision and on-the-ground execution. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand Kredivo's market presence across the Jabodetabek area.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a large team of sales promotors to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential market risks.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure brand compliance, operational efficiency, and high-quality customer engagement.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training programs for sales staff to ensure peak performance.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to optimize point-of-sale activities and promotion campaigns.
  • Report performance metrics to senior management and provide actionable insights for regional growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the retail, fintech, or consumer finance sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and inspire large teams of field-based promotors.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with merchants and team members.
  • Deep understanding of the Jabodetabek retail landscape and consumer purchasing behavior.
  • High level of mobility and flexibility to travel across the designated area for regular team oversight.
