Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to improve individual and collective performance.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail accounts and business partners.
  • Manage area-specific operations, including inventory coordination, promotional activities, and merchandising standards.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
  • Ensure the team strictly adheres to company policies, brand guidelines, and professional sales standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales management or team leadership, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
