Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to improve individual and collective performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail accounts and business partners.
- Manage area-specific operations, including inventory coordination, promotional activities, and merchandising standards.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Ensure the team strictly adheres to company policies, brand guidelines, and professional sales standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales management or team leadership, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
