Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with existing distributors and retail partners to ensure brand visibility and consistent market penetration.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new growth opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock levels across all distribution points.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to senior management to guide data-driven decision-making.
- Organize and lead product training sessions for partners to ensure professional representation of the Neutrovis brand.
- Resolve supply chain, delivery, or inventory issues promptly to maintain excellent service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within the FMCG or Healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of managing distributors and achieving sales growth in the Sarawak region.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage).
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Sarawak region as required.
